Refund policy

EXCHANGE
You must manage the exchange before the established deadline. You have 5 days from the date of delivery to exchange a product. Items must be in their original condition and include all labels.
Special packaging and additional accessories: items with special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes, etc.) or additional accessories must be returned with said packaging or accessories in the same condition.


RETURN
You must manage the return before the established deadline:

You have 5 days from the delivery date of your order.
Items must be in their original condition and include all labels.
Special packaging and additional accessories: items with special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes, etc.) or additional accessories must be returned with said packaging or accessories in the same condition.


SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Due to their special characteristics, some of our items must fulfil the following criteria to be returned or exchanged:
Swimwear & Swimsuit: will not be able to return.
Underwear: will not be able to return.
Accessories: gloves, scarf, hairband, turban, hat, belt, bracelets, bow tie, sunglasses, sock, jewellery, umbrella, stocking, tights, bodysuits, etc. will not be able to return.
Fragrances: will not be able to return.
Watches: will not be able to return.
Cosmetics: will not be able to return.
Packs: items forming part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
Special packaging and additional accessories: items with special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes, etc.) or additional accessories must be returned with said packaging or accessories in the same condition.

REFUND
Once we have processed the return of your items, we will proceed with the refund.
When you return a product, you will receive a refund of your order in the same payment method you used for the purchase.

For orders paid for by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.
Once the return has been made, we will send you an email with confirmation.

If more than 7 days have passed and you have not received the refund in your account, please use this confirmation to submit it to your bank so that they can help you speed up the process.
