  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India and Overseas. Shipping availability may vary depending on your location and courier service coverage.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 5–6 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We may offer free shipping on eligible orders, promotional campaigns, or purchases above a specified order value.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, SMS, or WhatsApp notification containing tracking details (where available).

You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts according to their service policies. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information, unavailability of the recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Kids Central is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the package and products (if damaged)
  • Description of the issue

We will review the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Kids Central is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or transportation disruptions
